Girl on a Budget
I
love experimenting with makeup, but I am an amateur when it comes to applying
it. Sometimes, contouring and blending
seems a quite daunting process for me, but still admire the perfect smoky eye.
So, I was over the moon when I found the perfect budget eye shadow quad from
L’Oreal Paris with a combination of easy to wear, nude shades with a hint of
sheen, designed in the shape of an eyelid and instructions on the back of the
packaging on how to create the perfect ombre eye that would be difficult, even
for me, to mess it up.
Although
I am usually quite sceptical to budget eye shadows, I am very impressed with
the smooth texture and good pigmentation of L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Quad (8.83€ here). The eye shadows are easily blendable with minimal
fall out and good lasting power even during the Greek hot summer days. The Color
Riche Quad in "Nude Lingerie" has already made its way to my minimal weekender
makeup bag for summery "no makeup" looks, as well as just enough drama for a
night out.

Πολλές φορές η σωστή ανάμειξη χρωμάτων, τα κοψίματα και ο σχηματισμός γωνιών
μου φαίνεται αρκετά πολύπλοκη διαδικασία, όμως παρ’ όλα αυτά θαυμάζω ένα
καλοσχηματισμένο smoky eye. Ενθουσιάστηκα λοιπόν όταν ανακάλυψα την τέλεια οικονομική παλέτα σκιών
της L’Oreal Paris, η οποία περιέχει ένα συνδυασμό από ευκολοφόρετες, γήινες αποχρώσεις με απαλούς
ιριδισμούς, σχεδιασμένη σε σχήμα ενός βλεφάρου και οδηγίες στο πίσω μέρος της
συσκευασίας πώς να επιτύχω το τέλειο ombre, χωρίς φαντάζει ακατόρθωτο.
Αν και είμαι συνήθως επιφυλακτική με τις οικονομικές
σκιές, εντυπωσιάστηκα με τη βελούδινη υφή και εξαιρετική χρωματική απόδοση της L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Quad (8.83€
εδω). Οι σκιές απλώνονται
εύκολα, "στέκονται" στα βλέφαρά μου αρκετά καλά και έχουν διάρκεια ακόμα και τις
ζεστές, καλοκαιρινές μέρες. Η παλέτα Color Riche Quad σε απόχρωση "Nude Lingerie" έχει ήδη
βρει τη θέση της στο minimal τσαντάκι
του σαββατοκύριακου για χαλαρά καλοκαιρινά "no makeup" looks, αλλά και για λίγη ένταση
σε μία βραδινή έξοδο.
